I was referred to Kelly and Duane with Gold Group Homes by a friend. As soon as I met them, I knew they were the agents for me. They were so kind and friendly but always professional, and they seemed very knowledgeable about all things real estate. They helped me in so many ways; I can't say Thank You enough. Market analyses, consultations, budgeting support, vendor referrals and negotiations, status reports, regularly checking on my property after I moved, and even emotional support are just some of the things I am so grateful to them for. Also, I still had a mortgage on the home I was selling and I had spent a good amount of money on upgrades/repairs. It was unfortunate that interest rates started climbing just as I listed my home, but my agents knew my needs and worked very hard to negotiate with prospective buyers. It can be challenging to find people with integrity in this industry but I found it in Kelly and Duane and I completely trust them.
